wet lay up process
Things that you needs :
i. Paint Brush 
ii. Paper cup
iii. Wood stick
iv. Mould release
v. Mould
vi. Fiberglass (any type exp: woven or chop strand )
vii. MEK for cleaning tools.
viii. Sand paper
Important:
Please use protection during handling fiber. You may need a face mask, latex glove and lab coat.
How to begin:
i. Clean up the tooling
Ensure the plate surface clear from any scratch or dirt.
Use sand paper to smoothen the surface
Clean the surface with cleaning solvent at the end of the process
ii. Apply the release agent
Minimum 3 layers
The next layer will only be applied after 15 minute after the 1st
Total waiting time is 45 minutes
iii. Cut the fabric ( glass fiber )
iv. Preparing the hardener and resin.
Mixture ratio, refer manual instruction.
Stir uniformly for 3 minutes.
v. Start the wet lay up
Apply 1 layer epoxy on the tooling surface using paint brush
One plies of glass fiber.
Continue with the same process.
vi. Curing 
12 hour in room temperature.
Fully cure.
vii. Finishing
Cut the part into the required dimension.
